Hello! I am Tasfia, a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, advised by Dr. Mingfu Shao.

Research Interests

My research interest lies in the field of Computational Biology. More sepcifically, my work focuses on assembly of circular RNAs from short/long RNA-seq data.
