Hello! I am Tasfia, a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, advised by Dr. Mingfu Shao.

Research Interests

My research focuses on Computational Biology. More sepcifically, I work with both short- and long-read RNA-seq data to improve the accuracy and resolution of circular RNA assembly.
